<strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
  1       cup butter  ( 160 g)<br />
  1/2     cup powdered  sugar (58 g)<br />
  1/2      tsp dissolved   saffron in very hot water<br />
  1         tsp water<br />
  2         egg yolks<br />
  2         cup flour  (210 g)<br />
  1/8    tsp salt<br />
  2    soupsps marmalade powdered  sugar for decoration

<p><strong>PREPARATION:</strong><br />
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.<br />
Beat in the egg yolks untill its fully dissolved and mixed.<br />
Pour in the dissolved saffron  in water.<br />
Add the flour and salt gradually until the dough is no longer sticky.<br />
Make small balls from the dough and arrange them on a baking sheet one by one.<br />
Make a hollow on top of each cookie with a kebab stick. </p>
<p>Bake in a preheted oven, 350 degrees Fahrenheit on the middle shelf for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven .</p>
<p>Ater cooling, turn around into powdered sugar.decorate with marmalade.</p>
<p>Now its time to invite kids on the table to enjoy it with the whole family.</p>
