Brand New Baby Wear introduces humourous phrases, unique designs and high quality onesies to help babies make a statement. The line was created by two young guys that were inspired by the "decorate the onesie" game at a baby shower.

Minneapolis, MN : If you look around, it’s easy to see that babies are crying out for a little attention in the wardrobe department. Minneapolis-based Brand New Baby Wear has something to say. With humorous phrases and designs, the company transforms traditional infant wear into statement pieces for babies. The creative clothes are unique and eye-catching, making them a quality purchase for parents and the ideal shower gift.

It all starts with the custom-made one-piece, called the Bebop. The white shirts are designed for simplicity and comfort. Brand New Baby Wear felt its one-piece was so much better than others on the market; it christened the shirt with its very own name. The trendy Bebops come in a variety or inventive styles, including the popular Hello! Shirt and Instructions Shirt.

The comfortable clothing is available in sizes for newborns up to 24 months old. Each one comes in a great gifting tin, making it a fun, presentable package every time.

Brand New Baby Wear is the brain child of designers Jason Hammerberg and Darren Leet. The two men stepped into a world most men try to avoid, and came up with this winning concept. Brand New Baby Wear was their answer to a marketplace filled with traditional blue and pink shirts.

“The brand came alive to me when shopping for a buddy’s newborn baby. Everything out there was so frilly.” said co-owner Jason Hammerberg.

His partner, Darren Leet goes onto say, “The designs are not just about being coy or silly. Each design speaks to something we remember from our own childhood. They bring light to those moments that babies and parents share.”

Brand New Baby Wear can be found in boutiques and is also available online. The Brand New Baby Wear website has a complete catalog of its products at http://www.bnbwear.com.

To request a press sample or set up an interview with designers Jason Hammerberg or Darren Leet, please contact Alexis Walsko with Lola Red PR at 612.333.1723.

I have been borrowing bags and jewelry from my friend sometime for some of my events, and many women do, but that reveals our secrets of borrowing to the borrower ( our friends ) that we want to show our new bag or jewelry. but now women may still enjoy the latest trends in fashion of bags and pretent it to be their as they can borrow from a professional company.

Now women can just borrow the bag for their parties and ocassions. While surfing the internet yesterday i came across interesting website bag borrow or steal on the url http://www.bagborroworsteal.com/ .

Services offered by the “bags borrow or steal” seems a promising deal or you can say its a steal for the ladies who are more fashion enthusiatic and just want to experience top brands and throw away.( in this case return ).

You may join them as a member with a small monthly fee. The membership is catagorized into five categories i.e Trendsetter, Pricess, Diva, Couture 1 , Couture 2, and Couture 3 which is determined based on your monthly membership plan. The members can keep the the item as long as their account is in active state. If you like the item you just keep it and simply pay the price as per the company, if you keep the item , its called “steal it” as per the terminology.

A good deal if you change with fashion, if you are one of those who change their wardrobe on yearly or bi-yearly, i wont suggest going behind this as it may not turn to be a good way. But if you happen to be decorating your wardrobe and accessories on monthly or quarterly basis it may be beneficial for your ever changing taste of being a modern fahsionable chick, as you have to just pay for the rental and can get another one. You may borrow approx 3 items at a time which i believe is sufficient for every months new look and feel.

Chicago didn’t crack the top 25 for fashion cities in one annual survey, but at least New York continues to trump Paris, Rome and Milan for No. 1.

The Global Language Monitor, which tracks words and phrases used in media and online to create a list of the most influential cities in fashion, placed New York ahead of Rome, then Paris, London, Milan and Tokyo. Los Angeles was No. 7, with Hong Kong, Las Vegas and Singapore rounding out the top 10.

The list from 11 to 25 includes Berlin, Sydney, Barcelona (Spain), Shanghai, Melbourne (Australia), Moscow, Bangkok, Mumbai (India), Santiago (Chile), Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo (Brazil), Buenos Aires, Johannesburg, Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Krakow (Poland). The list doesn’t go beyond 25.

Kameraflage is taking subliminal to a new level with a technology that plants hidden messages only digital cameras can detect. The technology is based on the fact that digital cameras see a broader spectrum of light (colors) not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, invisible messages embedded into clothing, for example, will only be revealed to the person taking a picture of you.

The idea of embedded subliminal messages in songs, advertisements, and other mediums has fascinated—and worried— people all over the world for years, and with the existence of this new technology, the possibilities are endless. Just think how the government, advertising agencies, and the fashion industry can use it to camouflage a message. Even the movie industry can use Kameraflage to deter piracy.

For now you can breathe a sigh of relief, because Kameraflage is currently focused on creating fashionable garments for the camera-phone generation. They’ll be hitting the catwalk in San Diego at the upcoming SIGGRAPH Unravel tech-fashion show next month, and releasing a collection of Kameraflage threads in September

Members of the Los Angeles fashion community converged on the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood last night to find out (as Heidi Klum might say) "who's in and who's out" of the running for the third annual L.A. Fashion Awards

Members of the Los Angeles fashion community converged on the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood last night to find out (as Heidi Klum might say) “who’s in and who’s out” of the running for the third annual L.A. Fashion Awards

And even though The Mirror’s home team, the Los Angeles Times Image section, had signed on as a media sponsor for the event, we weren’t tipped off ahead of time, so we trekked over to the Standard’s poolside patio to sip mojitos and wait for the names to be announced.

We’re glad we did, because it gave The Mirror a chance to catch up with retail legend (and nominee) Fred Segal, who was holding court at a table in the back with his daughter Sharon and assorted members of the fashion press.

It had been reported that Segal was planning to open a Las Vegas outpost of his eponymous retail concept at the W project, but he said a change in management had derailed that project. Instead, he said, he is focusing his energy on writing two books. One is an autobiography. (”I invented hip-huggers,” he told The Mirror. “And stone wash.”) The other is a collection of inspirational stories that include contributions from the Dalai Lama and former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.

Though we could have listened to the retail titan wax on all evening, we needed to shuffle off to the other end of the patio, where the nominees for this year’s awards were being announced.

The nominees for the Moss Adams Fashion Innovator award are Jasmin Shokrian, Juan Carlos Obando, Rami Kashou and Thomas Wylde (Paula Thomas, designer).

In the marketing excellence category, the nominees are BCBG Max Azria, Guess by Marciano, Kitson and L.A. Eyeworks.

American Rag Cie, Fred Segal, Lisa Kline and The Way We Wore will face off for the honor of fashion retailer of the year.

The Los Angeles edition of DailyCandy (www.dailycandy.com/?city=2&switch=1) will be awarded the Fashion Communication award, and Bravo’s “Project Runway” is slated to take home the Inspiration Award. The Wells Fargo Century Fashion Achievement Award will be bestowed on Max Azria of the BCBG Max Azria Group. The awards ceremony will take place Oct. 26 at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown L.A.

Clothes and accessories have been an integral part of human beings since the beginning of civilization. People have been fascinated with changing designs and styles of clothes and have shown interest in following the latest fashion and trends that prevail. A career in fashion design can be rewarding and stimulating, to those with a creative streak and love for fashion.

Fashion designers are people who design clothes and accessories which are later put on sale for the public. Charles Frederick Worth was the first ever known fashion designer; he set up a fashion designing house ‘House of worth’ in the mid 1800’s. Prior to this people has exclusive seamstresses to make their clothes and many of these seamstresses were not necessarily well-known in the market.

With the establishment of exclusive fashion designing houses, people could identify their clothes with designers and their exclusive style. Talented fashion designers were hired by highly-placed people in society and these designers worked exclusively for these people. There were fashion designers who were hired by fashion houses and these people designed clothes for these houses for bulk manufacture.
