These bags are available in any state , despite looking hard from outside inside they are soft and lined with velvet.
The venture of turning the license plates into bags and purses have started recently by these bag laides and North Dakota state fair is serving them abig start.
So dont get surprized if tomorrow you see some lady who has the same license plate your car has.
